Flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 applies to all orders under $75.00
Free Shipping applies to all orders above $75.00
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if your candle is defective.
Returns/refunds can be submitted via Contact Us Form.

When will I receive my order?
Orders require processing time of 3 - 5 days and shipping time of 5 -7 days. Local drop-off available for customers within a 15 mile radius

Yes, your are eligible for free replacement or full refund of your item.

Can I make a custom candle order?
Yes, CandleBarne can create custom orders for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. A $50.00 deposit is required for orders above $100.00. Inquiries must be submitted 3 weeks from the date of the event.
